The LX-PV32 portable IV tester is designed specifically for the current mainstream 1500VDC high-voltage photovoltaic systems, with a voltage range covering 10V-1500V and a maximum current of 20A. It can fully measure more than 20 core electrical parameters such as I-V curve, P-V curve, open circuit voltage, short-circuit current, peak power, fill factor, conversion efficiency, series parallel resistance, etc. It covers the full dimensional performance testing work from single components to the entire string, and is compatible with the vast majority of photovoltaic products on the market such as N-type, P-type, half sheet, double glass, etc. The equipment adopts self-developed high-precision load modules, with a voltage measurement accuracy of ± 0.5% ± 0.2V and a current accuracy of ± 0.5% ± 0.01A. Even for old strings with weak performance degradation, subtle changes in the curve can be captured and performance abnormalities can be accurately located. The instrument is equipped with high-precision irradiance sensors and temperature sensing probes, supports wireless signal transmission, and can synchronously collect solar irradiance, ambient temperature, and component backplane temperature. It relies on built-in algorithms to automatically correct test data under STC standard operating conditions, eliminating data deviations caused by lighting fluctuations and temperature changes.
