LX-PV32 is developed for mainstream 1500VDC photovoltaic string systems, with hardware performance benchmarking against high-end industry standards. It can fully map the I-V and P-V characteristic curves, synchronously output more than 20 key parameters such as short-circuit current, open circuit voltage, peak power, fill factor, conversion efficiency, series parallel resistance, etc., covering all indicators of component and string performance diagnosis. Whether it is new power station grid connection acceptance, existing power station fault diagnosis, third-party organization quality appraisal, or second-hand component performance screening, it can meet the testing standard requirements of Lex. The device is equipped with high-precision dual probes for irradiance and temperature, which can synchronously collect irradiance intensity, component backplane temperature, and ambient temperature. The measured power is automatically converted to STC standard testing conditions, eliminating data deviation caused by lighting and temperature fluctuations. The accuracy of irradiance measurement is better than ± 3%, and the accuracy of temperature measurement reaches ± 1 ℃, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the test report data and possessing the ability to produce compliant reports.
Portability and wireless design are the outstanding advantages of LX-PV32. The device adopts an integrated box body with a large capacity lithium battery built-in, which does not require external mains power and can operate continuously for a long time in the field. The host and irradiation temperature probe support wireless communication, with a maximum communication distance of up to 100 meters, saving the trouble of long-distance wiring on site and greatly simplifying the on-site wiring process. The 6.5-inch high brightness touch screen supports clear visibility under sunlight, with dual operation modes of touch screen and physical keyboard. It is equipped with a bilingual system in Chinese and English, and on-site staff can easily operate it through simple training. The complete detection of a single string only takes 10 seconds, and the detection efficiency is doubled compared to traditional equipment. The whole machine is easy to store and can be carried by a single person. In terms of data storage and expansion capabilities, the LX-PV32 is equipped with a large capacity local storage, which can store more than 2000 sets of IV curve waveforms, and supports storage space expansion with an SD card slot. The device supports scanning and recognition of component barcodes, entering component nameplate parameters, automatically completing parameter comparison, and quickly determining component performance degradation levels. After the test is completed, the data can be viewed locally or exported to a computer through an interface. The upper computer software is used to complete curve analysis and report generation, making it convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to archive and manage. The device also supports PR system performance ratio calculation, which links the measured performance of the string with environmental meteorological data for analysis, helping engineers locate the root cause of power generation loss, distinguish between component performance degradation or external factors such as line loss and obstruction causing power generation decline, and provide clear guidance for operation and maintenance.
