With the iteration of photovoltaic module technology and the widespread use of high-power and large-sized double glass modules, hidden defects such as internal cracks, virtual soldering, broken grids, PID attenuation, and mixed battery cells cannot be directly recognized by the naked eye, but they will continue to cause power generation losses and even pose safety risks such as heat spots in severe cases. EL electroluminescence detection is a recognized non-destructive testing method for internal defects of components in the industry. Traditional desktop EL devices can only be used in laboratory darkrooms, and old-fashioned portable EL devices generally have insufficient imaging clarity, requiring night work or building shading shelters. The LXG30 is equipped with a 24 megapixel industrial grade near-infrared imaging module, paired with a professional near-infrared optical lens, with a defect recognition accuracy of up to 0.5 millimeters. It can clearly capture more than ten types of internal faults such as subtle hidden cracks, fine grid fractures, battery fragments, welding virtual welding, black chips, broken grids, PID attenuation, and sintered mesh. The defect boundary imaging is clear, greatly reducing the probability of small defects being missed. Whether it is new component incoming inspection or old power plant fault diagnosis after years of service, reliable imaging results can be output, providing intuitive image evidence for quality judgment and responsibility division, Lex. The equipment is equipped with a self-developed strong light suppression adaptive exposure algorithm, which does not require the construction of a shading shed. EL shooting can also be carried out in sunny and natural light environments, completely breaking free from the limitations of traditional equipment that can only conduct inspections at night or on rainy days. It truly realizes all-weather inspection operations, greatly reducing on-site inspection time. A single person can complete hundreds of component inspection work in a single day, and the inspection efficiency has been greatly improved.

The product fully considers the complex working conditions of outdoor power stations in its portable structural design. The entire set of equipment includes an infrared imaging camera, a programmable excitation power supply, a large capacity lithium battery, and a carbon fiber tripod, all of which are stored in a three proof and shockproof portable protective box. The total weight of the whole set is only 7.8kg, and can be transported by a single person by hand or carrying it. The length of the tripod after storage is less than 60 centimeters, and it can flexibly reach scenes with poor traffic conditions such as mountainous steep slopes, high-rise roofs, floating water power stations, and greenhouse photovoltaics. After unboxing on site, all assembly and debugging can be completed within 5 minutes, without the need for complex professional skills. Ordinary operation and maintenance personnel can operate independently after simple training. The overall protection level of the machine reaches IP64, and the shell is made of impact resistant engineering plastic, which has dust-proof, rainproof, high and low temperature resistance performance. The working temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, and can adapt to various harsh outdoor environments such as northwest sandstorms, coastal salt spray, and southern rainy and humid conditions. The performance of outdoor operations is stable and reliable throughout the year.

The output current of the programmable excitation power supply of the equipment is infinitely adjustable, compatible with mainstream 300W-700W full-size photovoltaic modules on the market, and can be adapted to household small modules and high-power double glass modules. The carbon fiber tripod head supports multi angle adjustment and flexible height and pitch adjustment, suitable for different installation forms such as flat, tilted arrays, curtain wall photovoltaics, etc. The EL images captured can be previewed and viewed locally, quickly marking the location of defects. The image files can be exported to a computer and equipped with professional analysis software to complete defect annotation, batch archiving, and inspection report output, facilitating project acceptance and file retention. In practical project applications, LXG30 is widely used in scenarios such as component factory sampling, power station grid connection acceptance, operation and maintenance fault troubleshooting, second-hand component screening, third-party testing and identification. It is used in conjunction with IV testers and infrared thermal imagers to form a complete detection loop for component performance, internal defects, and thermal hazards.
