LXH601 is compatible with current mainstream 1000V and 1500V DC photovoltaic systems. The insulation test voltage range covers 500V-1500V, and the insulation resistance measurement range is 0.01 Ω to 2000M Ω, with a measurement accuracy of ± 2%. The equipment is equipped with digital filtering algorithms, which can suppress measurement disturbances caused by outdoor electromagnetic interference and high humidity environments, accurately capturing insulation performance degradation problems such as insulation layer moisture, cable outer skin damage, and junction box water ingress. The instrument supports automatic calculation of two key indicators, polarization index PI and dielectric absorption ratio DAR. By analyzing the electrical characteristics of insulation materials over time, the aging degree of the insulation system can be evaluated, potential faults can be warned in advance, and hidden dangers can be identified before they occur. The equipment comes with GFL insulation fault location technology, which can further locate the fault point after discovering insulation abnormalities, helping operation and maintenance personnel quickly find the source of faults such as cable damage and water ingress in junction boxes, shortening the troubleshooting time, and reducing power plant shutdown losses. At the same time, complete coverage of grounding resistance and grounding continuity testing is conducted to verify the reliability of the grounding of the bracket and equipment casing, confirm the working status of the lightning protection grounding system, and complete multiple safety projects with one set of equipment without carrying multiple instruments to and from the site, reducing the equipment load on operation and maintenance personnel.

The whole machine fully considers the requirements of outdoor complex working conditions, with an IP65 dustproof and waterproof protection level, and a working temperature of -10 ℃ to 60 ℃. The test completion screen directly displays the measurement values and PASS/FAIL qualified/unqualified judgments, without the need for manual calculation and comparison results by staff, reducing the operating threshold. Ordinary operation and maintenance personnel can easily learn to use Lex after simple training.

The data management capability is adapted to the requirements of intelligent operation and maintenance archives. Supports USB data export, paired with PC analysis software, batch automatic generation of standardized electrical safety testing reports, summarizing insulation failure points and grounding hazard lists. The report format meets the requirements of energy project acceptance and archiving, and can be directly used for grid connection acceptance, annual safety ledger, and third-party testing data output.
