The power generation efficiency of photovoltaic power generation is directly related to the cleanliness of the surface of the components. The accumulation of dust, bird droppings, saline alkali sediments, dead branches and leaves on the surface of the components can block the light and directly cause a decrease in power generation. Long term stubborn stains can also accelerate the aging and corrosion of the components, shortening the service life of the equipment. The scenarios of various domestic photovoltaic power stations are very different. The terrain conditions of ground centralized, mountain photovoltaic, fishing and light complementary, and roof distributed power stations are different. The efficiency of traditional manual cleaning operations is low. There are also personnel safety risks in mountain and water power stations. The cleaning effect of ordinary cleaning equipment on stubborn dirt accumulated on the board area is limited. The photovoltaic cleaning operation and maintenance industry urgently needs efficient and intelligent automation equipment. Based on years of experience in photovoltaic operation and maintenance equipment research and development, Suzhou LAILX has launched the LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot, which adopts a rolling brush cleaning solution and combines dry cleaning and wet cleaning dual operation modes. It can operate independently or cooperate with cleaning drones to carry out deep cleaning, providing stable and reliable automated cleaning solutions for different types of photovoltaic power plants. Photovoltaic cleaning robot
The LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot is designed specifically for photovoltaic array surface operations. The core adopts a highly elastic and wear-resistant roller brush structure, and the roller brush speed can be flexibly adjusted. When facing floating dust and sand, it can be quickly cleaned in dry cleaning mode; When encountering stubborn attachments such as bird droppings, salt alkali, and oil stains, an external water pump and tank are used to achieve wet cleaning operations. The roller brush is combined with water flow to remove stubborn stains, and the cleaning effect far exceeds that of a single water washing mode. At the same time, the roller brush material has been optimized, and the operation process will not scratch the coating of the module, fully protecting the surface of the photovoltaic module and balancing cleaning effect and equipment safety. The robot walking mechanism is adapted to the installation gap of photovoltaic modules, and can smoothly move along the module array. It has a complete anti fall and anti offset protection mechanism, and can operate stably on the photovoltaic panel surface with a certain inclination angle, without the risk of slipping, offset and falling. It is compatible with various module installation forms such as fixed brackets and tracking brackets, and can adapt to both large ground arrays and industrial and commercial rooftop photovoltaic arrays for operation.
The entire equipment adopts an industrial grade three proof design, which is waterproof and dustproof, suitable for outdoor working environments, and not afraid of wind, sand, and rain. The motor and transmission components are sealed and protected, and can also operate stably under wet washing conditions. The device supports two modes of remote control, manual operation, and automatic path operation. Operators can remotely operate from a safe location far away from the array, without the need to board the photovoltaic panel, completely eliminating the safety hazards of personnel stepping on components and falling from heights, greatly reducing the safety risks of on-site operations. Faced with large-scale power plants, robots can plan cleaning paths to automatically complete array cleaning, and return to the starting point after completing the task, reducing manual intervention; For local stains, the manual fixed-point mode can be switched to repeatedly clean areas with severe dirt, and the operation mode is flexible and versatile. In complex working condition projects, LX-H403 can be used in conjunction with LAILX cleaning drones. The drone's high-pressure water flow completes the initial flushing, and then the LX-H403 rolling brush robot treats residual stubborn stains, forming a "drone water washing+robot rolling brush" combination operation and maintenance plan, which is particularly suitable for stations with large sand and dust, heavy salt and alkali, and severe dirt deposition, achieving deep cleaning effects.

From the perspective of operation and maintenance economy, the LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot can significantly reduce the comprehensive cost of power plant cleaning and maintenance, replace a large amount of manual labor with automated operations, greatly shorten the cleaning cycle, restore the transparency of components after cleaning, directly drive the increase of power plant generation, and help the power plant quickly recover operation and maintenance investment. This equipment has been used in many ground photovoltaic and mountain photovoltaic projects in China. Operation and maintenance enterprises, energy groups and EPC units have changed the traditional manual cleaning mode through automatic cleaning equipment to solve the pain points of difficult manual operation in mountain and mudflat power stations. Suzhou LAILX not only provides hardware equipment, but also offers on-site debugging, operation training, and equipment maintenance guidance services to help the operation and maintenance team quickly master the robot operation process. In the era of continuous growth in the stock scale of photovoltaic power stations, efficient and intelligent cleaning equipment is an important component of refined operation and maintenance. The LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot is based on real power station scenarios, and with its product capabilities of safety, efficiency, and deep cleaning, it helps photovoltaic power stations improve their power generation revenue and promote the automation upgrade of photovoltaic operation and maintenance.
