The core hardware configuration of the LXG50 portable EL detector has been fully upgraded, equipped with a 26 million level high-sensitivity infrared imaging camera and a high-performance infrared photosensitive chip. The imaging clarity is high, and it can capture micro level fine cracks, clearly restore various internal defect details such as hidden cracks, broken grids, virtual soldering, black cores, sintered mesh patterns, and thermal spot attenuation. It is compatible with mainstream component types on the market such as monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, double glass double-sided, half sheet, and perovskite. A single field detection can capture up to two components at the same time, suitable for all testing conditions from laboratories to field power stations. The device is equipped with a patented full-time dark light autofocus system, which does not require manual distance measurement and focusing. Whether it is in a dark light environment at night or a photovoltaic array installed on a slope, the device can complete automatic focusing, completely solving the industry problems of inaccurate focusing and blurry imaging of traditional manual focusing equipment. The detection efficiency is several times higher than that of traditional equipment, greatly reducing the technical threshold for on-site operators. The whole machine shell is made of high-strength engineering materials, with a protection level of IP64, and has the ability to prevent dust, water, and wind and sand. It can work stably in a wide temperature range of -20 ℃ to 50 ℃, and can easily cope with complex regional environments such as harsh deserts in the northwest and high temperatures, high humidity, and heavy rainfall in the south. After defect recognition is completed, a standardized detection report is automatically generated with one click, accompanied by defect location, defect type, and power station location information, which facilitates the positioning and rectification of defective components in the later stage. The software supports local storage and cloud backup of image detection, and can compare and analyze multi period detection data of the same component, track the long-term aging and decay of the component, and provide objective data basis for power plant operation and maintenance decisions.
