The core technological breakthrough of LX-PV33 lies in the range upgrade. The equipment supports accurate measurement of 0-2000V open circuit voltage and 0-40A short circuit current across the entire range, perfectly adapting to all single crystal, polycrystalline, half sheet, stacked tile, double-sided double glass components and high-voltage string components on the current market, completely solving the industry problem that traditional 1000V/20A small range devices cannot adapt to high-power new components. At the hardware level, it is equipped with industrial grade high-precision sampling chips and dynamic capacitor simulation circuits. The entire process involves high-density sampling to draw a complete IV curve, accurately extracting five core performance parameters: Voc open circuit voltage, Isc short-circuit current, Pmax maximum power, FF fill factor, and conversion efficiency. The data measurement error is controlled within ± 0.3%, which meets the national standard for GB/T photovoltaic module performance testing. The test report issued can be directly used for power plant grid registration and third-party quality evaluation. For the pain points of double-sided double glass component detection, the device is equipped with LAILX self-developed multi irradiation correction algorithm, which can automatically shield the interference of back panel power generation values, independently calculate the standard test condition STC power of front battery cells, accurately distinguish the true power generation efficiency of double-sided components, and fill the gap in accurate on-site measurement of double-sided components in the industry.
In terms of outdoor practical efficiency, LX-PV33 achieves a leapfrog improvement in detection speed. The complete IV curve test of a single component only takes 10 seconds, and the whole string detection does not exceed 1 minute. It can complete batch detection of more than 120 components in a single day, which is more than 60% more efficient than traditional equipment detection. The body is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen in both Chinese and English, with a simplified and optimized operation interface. It supports one click start detection, barcode scanning, and automatic matching of component parameters. It has a built-in component specification database covering more than 100 domestic and foreign manufacturers, eliminating the need for manual input of parameters to switch models, greatly reducing the threshold for on-site operation. Zero basic operation and maintenance personnel can independently complete the entire set of testing work after short-term training. The device comes with a large capacity rechargeable lithium battery, which can operate continuously for 8 hours without interruption when fully charged. There is no need for external power supply in outdoor areas such as mountains, deserts, and distributed roofs, freeing the device from the constraints of on-site power supply. The whole machine adopts an integrated IP54 three proof protective box, which is resistant to falling, dust, and water. The working temperature range covers -10 ℃ to 50 ℃, and can operate stably in extreme outdoor environments such as high salt spray along the coast, northwest sand and dust, and high summer temperatures. The box integrates portable handles and locks, and can be carried by a single person for transportation without the need for multiple people to cooperate. The intelligent data management function further empowers the digital operation and maintenance of power stations. The LX-PV33 local body can store 100000 sets of complete IV curves and detection data. Each record is automatically bound with component number, detection time, on-site irradiation temperature, and power station location information, achieving full process data traceability. The device supports USB and Bluetooth data export, and can directly generate Excel and PDF standardized detection reports. The curve graph is clear and intuitive, and operation and maintenance personnel can quickly locate hidden faults such as component cracking, bypass diode failure, battery cell mismatch, and hot spot attenuation through curve deformation. It accurately determines A/B/C level defective components and provides data support for component replacement, cleaning, and operation. At the same time, the equipment reserves a weather station linkage interface, which can be paired with the LXH506 portable weather station of the same brand to synchronously collect on-site radiation and environmental temperature data, automatically convert power under standard testing conditions, eliminate measurement deviation caused by outdoor light fluctuations, and ensure authoritative and compliant testing data.
From the perspective of application scenarios, LX-PV33 can comprehensively cover the needs of the entire photovoltaic industry chain. Component manufacturing enterprises are used for sampling finished products on production lines, quickly screening components with power failure and process defects, and optimizing production qualification rates; The acceptance process for grid connection of newly built ground and rooftop photovoltaic power stations has been completed, and a comprehensive performance survey of the entire station has been carried out to verify the match between the actual output power and the design value; In the daily operation and maintenance of existing power stations, regular inspections are conducted to identify abnormal attenuation clusters, quantify power generation losses, and develop refined operation and maintenance plans; Third party testing agencies and power supervision units are used for power station quality appraisal and power generation dispute assessment, and issue legally binding testing reports.
