The core hardware parameters of LX-PV31 are benchmarked against international first-line testing equipment, with a rated testing specification of up to 1500V/30A and an effective testing power range covering 50W to 30kW. It is perfectly compatible with current mainstream large-sized half and full piece high-voltage photovoltaic modules, solving the industry problem of insufficient current upper limit and high-voltage range of old testers, which cannot match new high-power modules from the root. In terms of measurement accuracy, the equipment has a voltage resolution of 0.1V and a current resolution of 0.001A. The overall testing error of the whole machine is controlled within ± 0.5% ± 0.2V. A single detection can automatically generate I-V curves and P-V curves, and synchronously calculate more than 20 key performance parameters such as open circuit voltage, short-circuit current, peak power, fill factor, photoelectric conversion efficiency, series parallel internal resistance, etc. All data can be used as authoritative basis for power plant acceptance filing, component quality judgment, and fault string tracing.

In order to adapt to the changing outdoor working environment, the R&D team adopts an integrated sealed packaging process on the body structure, which is dust-proof and moisture-proof, and is not afraid of complex power plant conditions such as mountains, deserts, coastal high humidity and salt alkali. The device is equipped with a high-definition touch color screen visible under sunlight, paired with dual operation modes of physical buttons, and a built-in bilingual operating system in Chinese and English. Basic operators can get started with the operation after a brief training. Innovative wireless interconnection design enables radiation and temperature sensing probes to achieve wireless communication with the host up to 100 meters away, eliminating the need to drag and drop complex connection wires during on-site testing, greatly simplifying the wiring process; The exclusive barcode scanning function can quickly input component model parameters. The device has over 2000 sets of built-in test data storage space, supports SD card expansion and local one click data export. Equipped with professional data analysis software, it can batch analyze curves on the computer and automatically generate standardized testing reports.

In practical application, LX-PV31 only takes 10 seconds to complete the full set of testing for a single photovoltaic string, which is more than 70% more efficient than traditional split type equipment. In the large-scale ground power station batch inspection scenario, the operation and maintenance team can complete hundreds of component performance screenings in a single day, quickly screen for inefficient, hidden loss, and abnormal attenuation faulty components, accurately locate the core causes of substandard power generation, and help power station owners reduce power generation losses caused by component performance defects. At present, the equipment has been mass-produced in large-scale photovoltaic bases in the northwest Gobi Desert, distributed photovoltaics on rooftops in the East China Industrial and Commercial Industry, and on-site testing in the South China Fishery Photovoltaic Complementary Project. After being tested and verified in extreme environments in multiple regions, the equipment has shown excellent operational stability and data repeatability.
