The equipment adopts a four wire high-precision measurement technology, with a current accuracy of 0.001A, voltage accuracy of ± 0.5% ± 0.2V, maximum power repeatability of ± 0.5% ± 3W, and STC conversion power accuracy better than ± 5%. It is equipped with a silicon radiometer traceable to the WRR benchmark and a precise temperature probe to synchronously collect irradiance, component backplate temperature, and environmental temperature, automatically correct environmental parameters, and ensure the authenticity and reliability of test data under complex outdoor lighting and temperature conditions, providing accurate data support for power station power evaluation and fault location.
Portability and outdoor adaptability are the core advantages of LX-PV32. The total weight of the machine is less than 6kg, with an integrated host, sensors, and connecting cables. It comes standard with a customized protective suitcase, which can be easily carried and quickly deployed by a single person without the need for additional auxiliary equipment. In 10 seconds, it can complete the full parameter acquisition of a single string IV curve, P-V curve, short-circuit current, open circuit voltage, peak power, fill factor, conversion efficiency, etc. The test interval is only 35 seconds, supporting continuous batch testing and greatly improving outdoor detection efficiency.
Further upgrading of intelligence and data management capabilities. The device is equipped with intelligent algorithms that automatically identify component specifications and string configurations. It supports custom testing parameters and generates standardized test reports. The data can be stored on a USB flash drive or connected to a computer via Bluetooth/serial port. With dedicated analysis software, it enables data export, curve comparison, fault diagnosis, and report generation, meeting the full process management needs of power plant acceptance, operation and maintenance records, and quality traceability.
