LAILX Suzhou has released the LXG30 portable EL detector, which features high-definition imaging, remote control, no focus, all-weather detection, and portable integration. It accurately captures "hidden defects" such as hidden cracks, broken grids, virtual soldering, PID attenuation, and hot spot hazards inside photovoltaic modules, providing non-destructive, efficient, and accurate internal detection solutions for photovoltaic module production quality inspection, power station installation acceptance, and daily operation and maintenance inspections, comprehensively improving the quality control and operation efficiency of power stations.

Photovoltaic modules are prone to internal micro defects during production, transportation, installation, and long-term outdoor operation. These defects cannot be recognized by the naked eye and can gradually lead to power attenuation, decreased power generation efficiency, and even cause safety accidents such as hot spots, short circuits, and fires, directly affecting the revenue and operational safety of power plants. Traditional EL detection equipment has a large volume, requires disassembly of components, relies on fixed power sources, and is complex to operate, making it difficult to adapt to the rapid detection needs of outdoor power plant sites. LAILX relies on years of accumulated photovoltaic detection technology and innovatively develops the LXG30 portable EL detector, achieving "non disassembly of components, on-site detection, rapid imaging, and precise diagnosis", completely solving the problem of internal defect detection in outdoor components.

The LXG30 adopts a professional level high-resolution EL imaging system, combined with a high-sensitivity CCD sensor and a dedicated optical lens, which greatly improves the imaging clarity. The equipment automatically adapts to component distance and angle, quickly locks clear imaging, and single component detection only takes 0.04-10 seconds. The device adopts a portable integrated design, with lightweight integration of the whole machine. The host, control terminal, darkroom, and power supply system are integrated into a dedicated portable box, which can be quickly carried and assembled on site by a single person. Deployment can be completed within 5 minutes without dismantling the installed components, and the components on the bracket can be directly tested. It is suitable for all scenarios such as household distributed, mountainous, water surface, and large ground power stations, solving the pain points that traditional equipment cannot be tested on site. Equipped with military grade infrared resistant flexible darkroom, it can quickly set up a closed detection environment, completely isolate external natural light interference, support all-weather detection during day and night, break through time and environmental limitations, and achieve 24-hour uninterrupted operation.

The device supports WIFI wireless connection and is equipped with a dedicated tablet/phone control terminal to achieve remote shooting, parameter adjustment, real-time image preview, defect annotation, and report generation. Operators do not need to have close contact with components, avoiding the risks of high-altitude and complex environment operations, and making operations safer and more convenient. Built in large capacity lithium battery, with a battery life of up to 24 hours, meets the needs of outdoor all day testing, and supports external power supply to ensure continuous operation. Automatic storage of detection images, supporting one click export and generation of standardized EL detection reports, which can annotate defect location, type, and severity.
