In March 2026, Suzhou: Against the backdrop of the deepening of the "dual carbon" strategy, China's photovoltaic installed capacity has ranked first in the world for several consecutive years. Photovoltaic power stations have been distributed in various scenarios such as mountains, deserts, rooftops, and water surfaces, and the scale of the operation and maintenance market continues to expand. However, as the core work of daily operation and maintenance of power plants, the cleaning of photovoltaic modules has always been a pain point and problem that the industry finds difficult to overcome: high manual cleaning costs, high risks, and low efficiency; Traditional equipment cleaning is not precise, water resources are wasted seriously, and adaptability is poor. Recently, LAILX in Suzhou launched the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone, which, with multiple independently developed core technologies, comprehensively solves industry pain points and redefines photovoltaic operation and maintenance standards with intelligent, efficient, and safe cleaning solutions.

At present, China's photovoltaic power station operation and maintenance industry is still in a transitional period from traditional models to intelligent transformation. Most small and medium-sized power stations still use manual cleaning methods. Calculated at a per capita daily wage of 300-500 yuan, the labor cost for cleaning 1MW modules exceeds 1000 yuan, and the operation cycle is as long as 5-7 days. When encountering complex scenarios such as mountains and water surfaces, manual operation is impossible and can only be put on hold for a long time, resulting in a continuous decline in module power generation efficiency. At the same time, safety accidents such as high-altitude operations and high-voltage electric shocks occur frequently, and enterprises not only have to bear high labor costs, but also face huge safety management risks. In addition, traditional water truck washing and simple equipment cleaning not only consume huge water resources, but also easily damage the surface of photovoltaic modules due to improper water pressure, causing irreversible damage. The industry urgently needs an efficient, safe, and adaptable intelligent cleaning equipment.

In response to the core pain points of the industry, the LAILX R&D team in Suzhou has been deeply involved in technological research and has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs in the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone, creating a flagship product that combines high performance, high stability, and high adaptability. One of the highlights of the core technology is the installation of the GNSS+RTK dual redundant precision positioning system, which achieves centimeter level flight and hover control, completely solving the problem of insufficient cleaning accuracy in traditional drones. The system can automatically identify the layout of photovoltaic modules, plan the optimal cleaning route, and achieve full coverage cleaning without dead corners. Whether it is densely arranged large ground power plants or scattered rooftop photovoltaics, it can accurately adhere to the surface of the modules, avoiding missed or repeated cleaning, ensuring that every module can be thoroughly cleaned.

At the level of cleaning technology, the H233 drone adopts an embedded high-pressure water pump and a 360 ° circulating nozzle design. The water pressure can be intelligently adjusted to adapt to different cleaning modes for different stains such as floating dust, bird droppings, sediment, oil stains, etc., ensuring cleaning effectiveness and avoiding high-pressure damage to component coating. The device is equipped with a 50L large capacity water tank, which can complete large-scale cleaning operations with a single water replenishment. Combined with an intelligent water-saving control system, it saves more than 70% of water compared to traditional cleaning methods, which is in line with the concept of green and low-carbon operation and maintenance. At the same time, the equipment supports the optional photovoltaic cleaning robot car, which adopts a combination of rolling brush cleaning and unmanned aerial vehicle water washing in an integrated air ground mode. For old and desert power stations with severe dirt, it can achieve deep cleaning and further improve the cleaning effect. This is also a rare composite cleaning solution in the industry.

In terms of intelligent control and operation management, the LAILX H233 drone breaks the limitations of traditional equipment operation complexity and high threshold. It is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition screen remote control, with a battery life of up to 3 hours, and supports three operation modes: fully autonomous, semi autonomous, and manual. Novices can quickly get started after simple training, without the need for professional pilots to operate. The device is equipped with an intelligent operation and maintenance system, which can monitor real-time flight status, water tank level, battery level, cleaning progress and other data. Abnormal situations will automatically alarm and return, achieving full visual operation and maintenance. At the same time, the device supports data storage and export, and can generate cleaning operation reports, which facilitates refined management by power station operators and meets the requirements of standardized and regulated power station operation and maintenance.

In terms of durability and scene adaptability, the drone adopts a fully carbon fiber body, which is resistant to impact, wear, and corrosion, and can adapt to harsh environments such as desert sandstorms, high humidity along the coast, and temperature differences in mountainous areas. Its service life far exceeds that of ordinary industrial drones. The maximum load capacity of the equipment can reach 70kg. In addition to the core cleaning function, it can also expand functions such as lifting and inspection, taking into account multiple needs such as photovoltaic module detection and power station inspection, achieving multi-purpose use of one machine and significantly reducing the procurement cost of enterprise equipment. After testing at multiple power stations, the LAILX H233 drone can operate stably and efficiently in various scenarios such as mountain photovoltaics, surface photovoltaics, distributed rooftop photovoltaics, and large-scale ground centralized power stations. After cleaning, the module power generation efficiency is increased by an average of about 15%, and the operation and maintenance costs are reduced by more than 60%, highlighting both economic and safety benefits.

Industry experts say that intelligent photovoltaic cleaning is an inevitable trend in the development of the industry. The technological breakthrough of LAILX H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone not only solves the long-standing pain points in the industry, but also promotes the transformation of the photovoltaic operation and maintenance industry from labor-intensive to technology intensive. In the future, with the comprehensive promotion of this drone, it will effectively improve the overall operation and maintenance level of photovoltaic power plants in China, reduce operation and maintenance costs, enhance power generation revenue, and lay a solid technological foundation for the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry.
