The imaging clarity and resolution are greatly improved, truly achieving a focus-free detection experience with instant capture, leaving no hidden dangers within the modules unnoticed.In terms of core detection capabilities, the LXG50 achieves full-scenario coverage and multi-type adaptability. It can be widely applied in multiple scenarios such as on-site arrival inspection, post-installation inspection, string testing, and laboratory testing of photovoltaic (PV) modules. It is compatible with various types of PV modules including monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, double-glass, perovskite, and half-cut modules. It can not only meet the large-scale detection needs of large centralized PV power stations but also adapt to the flexible detection scenarios of distributed PV projects. It enables universal testing of modules before and after installation, significantly improving detection efficiency and coverage. Additionally, the device is equipped with a lightweight 3kg programmable detection power supply newly developed by Lexus. It adopts proprietary EL power load technology and supports dual-mode switching between energy storage and external power supply, meeting the detection power supply needs in different scenarios. Its constant current and constant voltage output characteristics ensure stable current and voltage during the detection process, avoiding the impact of power supply fluctuations on detection accuracy. It also features multiple safety protection functions such as short circuit, reverse flow, and breakdown protection, comprehensively ensuring the safety of testing personnel and equipment.The deep integration of intelligence and IoT technology is another highlight of the LXG50. This device is equipped with an AI-App detection software compatible with both Android and iOS systems. It achieves wireless linkage between hardware and software through a 5G WIFI IoT module, allowing users to remotely and wirelessly control the camera and programmable detection power supply, complete parameter adjustments, power on/off control, and other operations. The wireless control range can reach up to 150 meters, greatly enhancing the convenience of detection operations. The software is equipped with a powerful AI defect recognition engine that can instantly intelligently identify and mark detection images, automatically classify defect types, and supports functions such as barcode entry, image correction, power station modeling, positioning reports, and automatic generation of detection reports. Detection data can be directly uploaded to the LAILX photovoltaic cloud platform, enabling integrated online data processing, cloud storage, and AI defect analysis. It is reported that this cloud platform can complete AI automatic identification and processing of 300,000 images at a time, significantly shortening the detection data processing cycle, making power station fault handling more timely, and ensuring the authenticity and traceability of detection data.

This system boasts 100% infrared shielding and wind resistance levels of 5 to 7, effectively mitigating the interference of sunlight on electroluminescence detection. It enables 24/7 detection, allowing precise inspections even outdoors during the day, thus completely breaking the constraints of detection time and environment. Furthermore, the device utilizes a carbon fiber bracket, paired with a tilt-shift gimbal and cross-laser positioning calibration function. This allows for flexible switching between component single-image, string imaging, and video scanning imaging, adapting to the needs of different inspection scenarios. Additionally, the bracket is rechargeable, further enhancing the portability and endurance of the device.
