The LXZ230 daytime cascade EL detector is a new generation of electroluminescent defect detection equipment launched by Lexus for professional testing scenarios such as completion acceptance, daily operation and maintenance, component quality inspection, sampling and review of photovoltaic power plants.

The LXZ230 is equipped with a self-developed high-sensitivity optoelectronic acquisition system and a third-generation AI defect recognition algorithm. Through patented full band infrared light shielding technology and adaptive signal denoising algorithm, it effectively filters out the interference bands in sunlight without the need to build a shading shed or disassemble components after power failure. It can achieve string level hidden crack detection in strong light environments during the day; Simultaneously compatible with night routine detection mode, truly achieving all-weather uninterrupted operation.

The LXZ230 completely solves the industry pain points of traditional EL detection, which can only operate at night, have high shading costs, complex deployment processes, and low operational efficiency. The time consumption for single string detection is reduced by more than 60% compared to traditional solutions, greatly improving the efficiency and operational flexibility of various photovoltaic power plants in all scenarios.

1. Daytime Hidden Crack Test

A 40 million level infrared camera, compatible with mainstream 1500V photovoltaic string system voltage levels, does not require disassembly of component wiring, no need to build shading facilities, and no need to wait for the power station to shut down at night. It can complete one-time synchronous EL detection of the entire string of components in a 100000lx high light environment at noon; The single string detection time is ≤ 30s, and the detection efficiency is improved by 400% compared to the traditional nighttime EL mode, avoiding the risk of high-altitude operations at night. In complex power plant scenarios such as mountainous areas and complementary fishing and photovoltaics, it has higher personnel safety and data reliability.

2. Ai recognition, diagnosis and analysis

Our self-developed third-generation EL defect AI algorithm automatically completes exposure correction, intelligent noise reduction, and defect feature enhancement processing; Support automatic identification and precise marking of 12 types of component defects such as hidden cracks and fragments, combined with quantitative analysis of EL grayscale values to determine defect levels. After detection is completed, a standardized detection report with component positioning is automatically generated. Support project grading management and cloud platform data synchronization upload. The entire process of single string imaging and analysis takes less than 3 seconds, without the need for manual parameter tuning. Testing personnel can quickly get started with simple training, greatly reducing the labor intensity of outdoor operations and avoiding subjective errors in manual image judgment.

Equipped with a 40 megapixel high-sensitivity infrared imaging sensor and a self-developed optical lens, the EL emission signal of the component can still be clearly captured in strong daylight environments.
