As a professional inspection equipment for hidden cracks in photovoltaic power plants, the core technological advantages of LXH210 are reflected in its systematic operational capabilities. The equipment adopts DJI M350 RTK drone as the carrier, with a single endurance of up to 55 minutes and a maximum distance of 15 kilometers for image transmission. Combined with high-precision GPS route planning, it can independently complete fully automatic inspection of complex terrain power stations. The core imaging module is equipped with a 37 million pixel imported industrial grade infrared detector, paired with a research grade high-sensitivity CMOS chip and a high transparency infrared lens, with a spatial accuracy of 0.1mm/pixel and 4K ultra high definition imaging, accurately capturing more than ten internal defects such as hidden cracks, broken grids, black hearts, black edges, and virtual soldering.

The original full-time dark light autofocus technology eliminates the need for manual focusing and can stably detect cloudy, low light, and nighttime conditions, greatly extending the effective working time. Paired with a 1500V imported programmable power supply, multiple strings can be synchronously powered on at the junction box and string. The built-in temperature control system ensures that the operating temperature remains below 50 ℃ for a long time, ensuring safety and stability. Traditional manual inspection of a 1MW power plant requires a team of 5 people and takes several days, while LXH210 can complete full coverage scanning in just 3 hours. No need for personnel to climb, wade through water, or work at heights, zero risk response to complex scenarios, and eliminating safety hazards from the root.


Each detection image automatically records GPS latitude and longitude, with defect localization accurate to centimeter level. Combined with AI intelligent diagnostic system, it automatically identifies, labels, and grades defects, and generates professional detection reports with one click, allowing operation and maintenance personnel to quickly locate problems and accurately eliminate defects. Adapt to the needs of power plants in all scenarios, balancing cost and quality.
