The LX-H403, with its powerful combination of high-power roller brush and unmanned aerial vehicle water washing, can thoroughly remove stubborn stains and restore the transmittance of photovoltaic modules to over 98%, significantly improving the power generation efficiency of power plants, targeting stations in the northwest region of China with strong sandstorms and heavy salt and alkali in the eastern coastal areas.

From the perspective of digital transformation in domestic photovoltaic operation and maintenance, LX-H403 demonstrates extremely high system integration and intelligence level. In the drone collaborative operation mode, LX-H403 can rely on the RTK centimeter level precise positioning and custom route planning of the drone to achieve fixed-point operation and maintenance cleaning within a radius of 2km. This mode of "drone high-altitude cruising+robot ground cleaning" not only completely eliminates the safety hazards of high-altitude operations, but also improves the cleaning efficiency several times. At the same time, the device supports breakpoint continuation and automatic return functions, coupled with optional mobile charging stations, which can meet the continuous and uninterrupted cleaning needs of large centralized power stations in China.

Against the backdrop of promoting green and low-carbon operation and maintenance in China, the environmental advantages of LX-H403 are equally prominent. Compared to traditional water truck cleaning, the cleaning mode of drones combined with robots can save more than 70% of water, perfectly fitting the sustainable development concept of domestic photovoltaic power plants. In addition, the cleaning operation data of LX-H403 can be integrated with the Lexus AI Photovoltaic Cloud Platform, enabling comparison of pre - and post cleaning effects, precise positioning of faulty components, and automatic generation of cleaning reports, transforming photovoltaic cleaning from "extensive labor" to "digital management".
