With the accelerated development of the global new energy industry, the scale and cluster layout of photovoltaic power stations continue to advance. However, as a core operation and maintenance link, photovoltaic module cleaning has long faced industry pain points such as low manual efficiency, high operational risks, high costs, and non-standard cleaning, which have become key bottlenecks restricting the improvement of photovoltaic power generation efficiency. In response to this situation, Shanghai LAILX has launched the LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot, which provides a new solution for intelligent, standardized, and safe operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants with its hardcore technology strength and full scene adaptability. Photovoltaic cleaning robot
Traditional photovoltaic cleaning relies heavily on manual climbing or water truck washing, with an average daily cleaning capacity of less than 0.4MW per person. There are also major safety hazards such as falling from heights and electric shock, and water resources are wasted severely, resulting in uneven cleaning effects. Long term accumulation of dust, bird droppings, sand and other stains can lead to a decrease in the transmittance of photovoltaic modules, a 12% -18% reduction in power generation efficiency, and seriously affect the revenue of power plants. The emergence of LX-H403 has completely overturned the traditional cleaning mode, achieving a safe operation mode of "human-machine separation", completely eliminating the risk of high-altitude operations, and saving more than 70% water compared to traditional water truck cleaning, making it green and environmentally friendly.

In terms of core performance, LX-H403 adopts an advanced rolling brush cleaning method, which can be used separately with water pumps and tanks, or can be used with unmanned aerial vehicles for fixed-point cleaning, especially suitable for stations with severe dirt. The perfect combination of high-power roller brush robots and drone water washing makes the cleaning of photovoltaic modules more efficient. Through actual testing, it has been found that the photovoltaic modules cleaned by the robot can restore a light transmittance of over 98%, significantly improve power generation efficiency, effectively extend the service life of the modules, and create higher economic benefits for the power station.
In addition, LX-H403 has strong adaptability to different scenarios, whether it is centralized ground power stations, mountain photovoltaics, or rooftop distributed photovoltaics, it can flexibly respond. The device supports autonomous planning of cleaning routes, automatically returns to the garage for charging when the battery is low, and continues to operate after charging is completed, with a positioning accuracy of up to 2 centimeters. Combined with IP65 waterproof and dustproof design and dual anti fall system, it ensures safe operation in complex outdoor environments. LX-H403 not only significantly reduces the investment in operation and maintenance manpower, but also significantly improves the overall power generation revenue of the power station through refined cleaning, truly ushering in a new era of intelligent cleaning for photovoltaic power stations.
