However, the "maximum efficiency" on the inverter nameplate is only the ideal laboratory value, and the actual operating efficiency on site is often affected by multiple factors such as load rate, ambient temperature, and component aging, resulting in significant differences. The LX-PE93 adopts an advanced multi-channel synchronous acquisition architecture, which can simultaneously measure the complete data of the inverter's DC input and AC output terminals. Its DC voltage measurement range covers 0~1500V, and the AC phase voltage measurement range reaches 0~600V, and it is matched with high-precision current clamps to achieve accurate sampling of large currents. The device is capable of real-time calculation and display of key indicators such as inverter conversion efficiency, power factor, frequency, and PR value, with a testing accuracy of up to ± 0.5%. Through LX-PE93, the operation and maintenance team can easily identify hidden issues such as decreased conversion efficiency due to increased IGBT losses, deviation in MPPT tracking algorithms, power limitation (Clipping) caused by a certain MPPT fault or unreasonable inverter capacity configuration, etc., shifting power station operation and maintenance from empirical judgment to scientific decision-making.
In terms of environmental adaptability and portability, LX-PE93 also performs well. The total weight of the machine is 5.8kg, equipped with a 6.5-inch high brightness LED display screen, and the reading is still clear under strong outdoor light. The device is equipped with a 14.8V high-capacity lithium battery, which can work continuously for more than 8 hours on a single charge, meeting the long-term testing needs in outdoor scenarios without power supply. At the same time, LX-PE93 integrates high-precision irradiance meters and temperature sensors, which can synchronously collect environmental irradiance, environmental temperature, and solar panel temperature, providing reliable environmental data support for accurate measurement of PR values. The device has networking communication function, supports remote Ethernet monitoring and data processing, and can achieve real-time viewing of detection data, automatic report generation, and cloud synchronization through a dedicated APP.
