In single component detection mode, its high-definition imaging accuracy can reach 0.5mm/pixel, which can clearly display various defects such as hidden cracks, fragments, virtual soldering, sintering, black core chips, and process pollution inside the component. What is even more groundbreaking is that LXG30 has the pioneering PID attenuation high-sensitivity testing function, and can present clear hidden crack imaging under 5A weak current, greatly reducing the risk of secondary damage to components. The optical shielding technology of the equipment is extremely excellent, whether it is light, moonlight, starlight, or low irradiance sunlight in the morning and evening, it will not interfere with the test, truly achieving accurate detection at all times and in all weather conditions.
In terms of operational convenience and intelligence, LXG30 has undergone a comprehensive upgrade. The device is equipped with a full-time low light autofocus system, which can achieve perfect and accurate focusing without the need for supplementary lighting or assistance, completely solving the industry problem of partial blurring on inclined surfaces. At the same time, LXG30 introduces 400nm laser positioning technology, which can accurately indicate the detection position and greatly improve the efficiency of component detection. In terms of data transmission and control, the device supports 2.4G Wi Fi wireless control and fast image transmission.
