The LX-PE93 adopts an advanced testing architecture and uses current clamps for non-contact current sampling. It can synchronously collect and real-time record and analyze the complete data of the inverter's DC input and AC output terminals under normal working conditions of the power station. The device supports measurement of 0~1500V DC voltage and 0~600V AC phase voltage, with a testing accuracy of up to ± 0.5%. The whole machine is equipped with high-precision irradiance meters and temperature sensors, with irradiance measurement accuracy better than ± 3% and temperature testing accuracy reaching ± 1 ℃. Through intelligent calculation of cumulative power generation and cumulative irradiance, LX-PE93 can obtain real-time conversion efficiency of photovoltaic arrays and automatically generate PR values, with measurement accuracy better than ± 1%.
In actual power station operation and maintenance, LX-PE93 has demonstrated significant application value. The operation and maintenance team can regularly conduct performance tests on inverters in various areas of the power station and establish a comprehensive equipment health record.
