The equipment adopts a self-developed high-precision testing module, with a voltage measurement accuracy of ± 0.5% ± 0.2V and a current measurement accuracy of ± 0.5% ± 0.01A. It can fully measure the I-V and P-V characteristic curves and synchronously output more than 20 key parameters such as short-circuit current, open circuit voltage, peak power, and conversion efficiency. At the same time, the built-in high-precision irradiance meter and temperature sensor can synchronously collect environmental data and perform real-time compensation calibration, completely eliminating the interference of environmental factors on the detection results and ensuring absolute accuracy of data under different working conditions.

LX-PV32 has achieved breakthrough innovation in portability and on-site operation efficiency. The device adopts an integrated and sturdy packaging, with a built-in large capacity rechargeable lithium battery, which can work continuously in the field for a long time without the need for external mains power. The host and irradiation temperature probe support wireless communication up to 100 meters away, completely eliminating the tedious long-distance wiring on site and greatly simplifying the wiring process. Combined with a 6.5-inch bright sunlight visible color touch screen and physical button dual operation mode, single component or string detection can be completed in just 10 seconds, reducing deployment time by more than 80% compared to traditional devices, truly achieving "testing on the go and inspection on the go".

Intelligent operation and data analysis are another major highlight of LX-PV32. The device is equipped with a global mainstream photovoltaic module specification database, supporting one click import of parameters and barcode scanning recognition, automatically matching detection standards and associating archived data. After the test is completed, PDF and Excel reports can be exported with just one click, and PR system performance ratio calculation is supported to help engineers accurately distinguish whether the power generation decline is caused by component performance degradation or external line losses, providing clear guidance for operation and maintenance.
