The LXH210 drone EL detection system is equipped with a high-performance EL detection camera independently developed by Lexus, inheriting the core imaging technology of the LXG50 portable EL detector. It has 30 million effective pixels and an eighth generation optical system, which can clearly capture micro defects such as hidden cracks, broken grids, fragments, and virtual welding inside the components during flight. The device supports 3A low current high-definition imaging, without the need to apply excessive current to components, effectively avoiding secondary damage while ensuring imaging quality. With the high-altitude perspective of the drone, the LXH210 can achieve panoramic shooting of photovoltaic modules, completely eliminating blind spots in ground detection and allowing every defect in the module to be exposed.

The integrated design of intelligent flight and detection greatly improves the efficiency of inspection. The LXH210 has a built-in RTK high-precision positioning module that supports custom route planning. It can automatically generate the optimal inspection route based on the layout of the power station, achieving fully automatic cruise detection. The device has a six way obstacle avoidance function, which can safely fly in complex terrain and effectively avoid the risk of obstacle collisions. During the flight, LXH210 can transmit EL images in real time to ground terminals, and operation and maintenance personnel can view the detection results in real time without waiting for processing after returning, greatly shortening the detection cycle. At the same time, the device supports breakpoint continuation function, which can automatically record the current position in case of low battery or sudden situations, and continue to complete the remaining inspection tasks after replacing the battery, ensuring the continuity of the detection work.

The LXH210 is equipped with the Lexus AI Photovoltaic Cloud Platform, which enables intelligent analysis and closed-loop management of detection data. The EL images collected by drones can be automatically uploaded to the cloud platform, and AI algorithms can quickly identify defect types, mark defect locations, and generate detection reports with GPS positioning information. Operations personnel can use cloud platforms to classify and analyze defects, develop accurate maintenance plans, and achieve digital management of the entire process from defect discovery to defect elimination. In addition, the cloud platform supports 3D modeling of power plants, which can accurately match EL detection results with the base map of the power plant, visually present the health status of components, and provide data support for the full lifecycle operation and maintenance of the power plant.
