LXH506 integrates high-precision solar total irradiance sensors, environmental temperature sensors, component backplane temperature sensors, wind speed and direction sensors, and humidity sensors, which can synchronously collect core meteorological elements that affect photovoltaic power generation efficiency. The equipment adopts self-developed high-precision sensing modules and intelligent compensation algorithms. The irradiance measurement accuracy is better than ± 3%, and the temperature testing accuracy reaches ± 1 ℃. Even under complex working conditions such as severe fluctuations in outdoor lighting and rapid changes in temperature and humidity, it can still output stable and reliable measured data. These data can be directly linked with equipment such as IV testers and inverter comprehensive testers, providing accurate environmental parameter support for STC standard operating condition correction, PR value calculation, and power attenuation evaluation, eliminating evaluation bias caused by missing or inaccurate meteorological data.

In terms of portability and deployment flexibility, the LXH506 adopts an integrated compact design, with light weight and small size. Paired with a high-strength portable case, it can be easily carried by a single person to any detection point. The device supports various deployment methods such as quick installation of tripods and magnetic fixation, without the need for civil construction or complex wiring. It can be set up and data collection can be completed on site within 5 minutes, truly achieving "on-demand testing, instant testing and departure". Equipped with a large capacity lithium battery and intelligent power management system, it can last for more than 12 hours in continuous operation mode, meeting the needs of all-weather outdoor inspection and temporary monitoring. The device supports dual modes of 4G/WiFi wireless data transmission and local SD card storage.
