The LXH506 portable weather station integrates a complete set of high-precision sensing modules required by the photovoltaic industry, including a slope total irradiation sensor, environmental temperature and humidity probe, ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor, atmospheric pressure sensor, and component back panel temperature acquisition channel. It can synchronously collect key parameters such as irradiance, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and air pressure, and can also expand monitoring indicators such as rainfall as needed. The sensor has undergone metrological calibration, with excellent irradiance measurement accuracy and small temperature measurement errors. All indicators meet domestic photovoltaic detection standards and IEC international testing specifications. The collected data has professional validity and can be directly used for power plant acceptance, power generation evaluation, and outdoor verification experiments. The equipment adopts ultrasonic meteorological sensing unit, without mechanical rotating parts, and there is no bearing wear problem. It is easy to maintain in the later stage, and only requires regular simple cleaning of the probe to maintain measurement accuracy for a long time, greatly reducing the later operation and maintenance costs and avoiding the shortcomings of traditional mechanical meteorological sensors that are prone to wear and require frequent maintenance.

The whole machine adopts the lightweight modular design concept, and the sensing unit, data acquisition host, and aviation aluminum alloy telescopic tripod are all stored in a hard portable protective box, which can be carried by a single person for transportation. The tripod supports height adjustment, up to 3 meters, and the entire equipment can be set up and deployed within 5 minutes after opening the box, without the need for a concrete base or complex construction tools, truly achieving rapid deployment. The equipment has a protection level of IP65, is dust-proof and waterproof, and the sensors are treated with anti-corrosion coatings. The working temperature covers -40 ℃ to 60 ℃. In terms of data collection and transmission, LXH506 supports millisecond level high-frequency acquisition and can be wirelessly linked with IV testers such as LAILX LX-PV32 to conduct component power testing while synchronously capturing real-time meteorological data. It automatically completes STC standard operating condition conversion, eliminating the tedious steps of manual recording and input, and eliminating human errors caused by manual recording. The local storage of the device can save up to one year of complete meteorological historical data, support local export of Excel format reports, and support 4G wireless transmission. The data is uploaded to the cloud platform, and staff can view real-time data and retrieve historical curves anytime and anywhere through computers and mobile terminals, complete horizontal comparison of multi site data, and facilitate attenuation analysis and power generation review. The equipment can be used for short-term mobile inspections or fixed on-site for medium to long-term continuous monitoring, meeting the needs of both temporary testing and long-term observation.
