Zhijie Guardian Power Generation LAILX LX-H403 Photovoltaic Cleaning Robot Promotes Automation Upgrade of Power Station Operation and Maintenance

After dust, bird droppings, oil stains, and algae deposits accumulate on the surface of photovoltaic modules, they will block the light and directly cause a decrease in power generation efficiency. In desert and sandy areas, dust accumulation can even lead to a loss of more than ten percent of power generation. The traditional manual cleaning mode not only has high labor costs, but also poses safety hazards such as slipping and falling in high-risk areas such as mountainous areas and fishing light complementary areas. The orbital cleaning robot is also limited by the array layout, resulting in high renovation costs and difficulty in adapting to existing power stations. Shanghai LAILX has developed the LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot, which adopts a rolling brush intelligent cleaning solution, balancing cleaning effect, component protection, and scene adaptation, providing automated cleaning solutions for various photovoltaic power plants. The LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot is specially developed for surface cleaning of photovoltaic arrays. It can be independently paired with water pumps and tanks for operation, and also supports lifting with similar series of cleaning drones to carry out deep cleaning operations for stubborn stains. The device adopts a lightweight and high-strength body, with a compact overall structure that is compatible with the vast majority of fixed photovoltaic module arrays. It can flexibly switch between dry cleaning and washing modes, and can be cleaned with a dry roller brush when facing mild floating dust, saving water resources; When encountering stubborn dirt such as bird droppings, salt alkali stains, and algae adhesion, with high-pressure water flow, the roller brush rotates at high speed to peel off the stains. While thoroughly cleaning, the contact pressure is controlled to avoid scratching the anti reflection film on the surface of the module, protecting the photovoltaic module from damage and balancing cleaning effect and equipment safety.

The navigation walking system is the core advantage of LX-H403. The equipment relies on multi-sensor fusion navigation technology, which does not require track renovation of photovoltaic power plants or large-scale civil construction. It can be deployed and put into operation immediately, greatly reducing the investment in existing power plant renovation. The robot can autonomously recognize the frame of the components, automatically walk along the array for operation, and has obstacle crossing and anti fall protection. When encountering component gaps and height differences, it can adaptively adjust and adapt to photovoltaic arrays with certain slopes. It can be used for mountain photovoltaic, industrial and commercial rooftop, and ground centralized power stations. Built in intelligent path planning algorithm, automatically plans cleaning routes, switches areas automatically after completing a square formation, supports breakpoint continuation of scanning, resumes work after task interruption without resetting all parameters, and operation and maintenance personnel only need to make preliminary settings. The equipment can independently complete large-scale cleaning work.

In terms of battery life and on-site adaptation, the LX-H403 is equipped with a large capacity industrial lithium battery, which can meet long-term continuous cleaning operations with a single battery life, supports fast charging, and can be operated in shifts at the station. The whole machine has a high level of protection, dust and water resistance, and can adapt to outdoor power station environments such as sandstorms, humidity, and large temperature differences between day and night. It can also adapt to different climate regions such as deserts, coasts, and complementary fishing and photovoltaics. Operations personnel can view the robot's working status and cleaning progress through the terminal, and real-time grasp the operation situation. A single robot can replace multiple manual workers, and the cleaning efficiency is much higher than traditional manual scrubbing, greatly reducing the cleaning period and lowering labor costs. For power stations with severe dirt, LAILX cleaning drones can be used in conjunction to complete large-scale preliminary water washing. The LX-H403 robot can deeply clean stubborn points with rolling brushes, forming a "high-altitude water washing+ground rolling brush" combined operation and maintenance mode to further improve the cleaning quality.

In actual operation and maintenance work, regular cleaning of components is a key factor in ensuring the profitability of photovoltaic power plants. The layout of many existing power station arrays is uneven and not suitable for the installation of track type equipment. The LX-H403 does not require modification of the array, which is a good solution to the problem of automated cleaning of existing power stations. Whether it is MW level large-scale ground photovoltaics or small and medium-sized industrial and commercial distributed power stations, the number of equipment can be flexibly configured, and periodic cleaning can be carried out as needed to reduce power generation losses caused by dust accumulation. At the same time, automated equipment replaces personnel to enter high-risk array areas, avoiding the risk of safety accidents caused by manual cleaning and reducing the pressure on power plant operation and maintenance safety management.

In the era of photovoltaic parity, refined operation and maintenance, cost reduction and efficiency improvement have become the core demands of power plant operators. The LX-H403 photovoltaic cleaning robot solves multiple pain points in traditional cleaning modes with its product features of no need for modification, fast deployment, dual-use of dry and wet, and safe protective board. Shanghai LAILX continues to innovate products around the entire photovoltaic operation and maintenance chain, using automated hardware to help power stations improve their operation and maintenance levels, maximize the potential of photovoltaic power generation, and help new energy projects achieve higher investment returns.
