Traditional EL detection equipment is mostly desktop fixed, requiring the construction of a closed darkroom and external industrial power supply. It is cumbersome to transport and cannot be sent to outdoor power stations. Old portable models have low imaging pixels and poor recognition of small defects. Micro hidden cracks within 0.5mm are prone to missed detection. The LAILX R&D team uses its self-developed Lailx9s military grade germanium infrared chip, paired with a 24 million pixel full frame industrial CMOS imaging module and a dedicated infrared narrowband filtering lens. The equipment's defect recognition accuracy can reach the level of 0.5 millimeters, which can clearly capture various hidden faults such as subtle cracks, fine grid fractures, local virtual soldering, and inefficient battery cells. The imaging quality far exceeds that of products in the same price range in the industry. Whether it is new component factory incoming inspection or troubleshooting of old power stations that have been in service for many years, it can be accurately competent. The equipment is equipped with LAILX's self-developed daytime anti strong light imaging module, which does not require the construction of shading and dark sheds. EL shooting can be carried out as usual in sunny outdoor natural light environments, completely breaking away from the limitations of old-fashioned EL equipment that can only operate at night or on rainy days. The all-weather operation attribute greatly compresses the power station inspection period. The fastest imaging time for a single component is only 30 seconds, and a single person can complete more than 300 component inspection work in a single day, achieving a leapfrog improvement in inspection efficiency.

The portable structure is suitable for full field photovoltaic working conditions. The LXG30 machine is divided into three modular components: a camera, an intelligent drive power supply, and a carbon fiber telescopic bracket. The whole set is stored in a three proof and shockproof trolley case. The total weight of the machine is less than 7 kilograms, and the operation and maintenance engineer can carry it by hand to power plant sites with inconvenient transportation such as mountains, floating water surfaces, and greenhouse roofs. Equipped with a 2-meter extendable carbon fiber bracket, the height and pitch angle can be freely adjusted, and it is suitable for imaging of full-size photovoltaic modules ranging from 0 to 3000mm, covering everything from small household modules to large double glass high-power modules; Equipped with a large capacity and safe lithium battery, it can last continuously for 12 hours when fully charged. It can operate continuously in outdoor environments without external power supply. The wireless WIFI remote control shooting design allows operators to stay away from high-voltage live components, eliminating the risk of electric shock safety. It is perfectly suitable for high-risk inspection scenarios such as high-altitude color steel tile roofs.

The intelligent supporting system reduces the threshold for use, and the equipment supports wireless control of tablet and laptop dual terminals. When taking photos, it automatically binds component barcode information. Users can enter the power station ledger and component batch in advance, and the system automatically archives the corresponding EL images; Equipped with LAILX intelligent EL analysis software, it automatically marks the location of defects, classifies defect types (hidden cracks/virtual welding/PID attenuation), and exports PDF inspection reports with one click, facilitating EPC completion settlement, operation and maintenance ledger filing, and component quality responsibility determination. At present, the product is equipped with an optional GPS positioning module, and the location of the faulty component is accurately marked in the layout of the power station. Subsequent repair personnel can quickly locate and repair it, greatly reducing the downtime of the power station for maintenance.
