The power generation of photovoltaic power plants is closely related to meteorological parameters such as irradiance, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, and air pressure. Accurate and real-time meteorological data is the core basis for evaluating the power generation efficiency of power plants, optimizing operation and maintenance strategies, and improving power generation. Traditional fixed meteorological stations have complex deployment, high cost, and insufficient flexibility, making it difficult to meet the mobile monitoring needs of diversified power stations such as distributed, mountainous, and rooftop systems. LAILX in Suzhou has launched the LXH506 portable weather station, which provides a flexible and efficient mobile weather monitoring solution for the photovoltaic industry with an integrated lightweight design, precise collection of multiple elements, rapid deployment, and intelligent transmission.

LXH506 adopts a brand new integrated architecture, with a total weight controlled within 5kg. It is equipped with a customized shock-absorbing and protective suitcase, which can be easily carried and quickly deployed by a single person. It can be tested out of the box and installed and started within 5 minutes, completely eliminating the dependence of traditional meteorological stations on heavy equipment, professional personnel, and fixed bases. It is suitable for various scenarios such as mountains, deserts, rooftops, distributed power stations, etc., and meets diverse needs such as temporary monitoring, multi-point inspection, comparative testing, scientific research collection, etc. The core is equipped with industrial grade high-precision non mechanical wear sensors, which synchronously and real-time collect eight core meteorological elements including total radiation, component temperature, ambient temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, wind direction, air pressure, and rainfall. Some parameters can be extended to ultraviolet radiation, PM2.5, etc., fully covering the meteorological monitoring needs of photovoltaic power plants.

In terms of performance, the sensor adopts advanced technologies such as ultrasonic wind measurement and thermopile radiation measurement, with fast response speed and strong anti-interference ability. Combined with automatic calibration and data filtering algorithms, it ensures accurate and stable data: irradiance measurement meets the IEC 61724 standard, temperature accuracy ± 0.5 ℃, wind speed accuracy ± 0.3m/s, fully meeting the photovoltaic industry and meteorological observation standards. The device is equipped with a large capacity lithium battery and supports solar power replenishment. It can work continuously outdoors for over 72 hours without the need for an external power source; Communication supports multiple protocols such as RS485, Modbus, 4G/5G, LoRa, etc. It can upload data in real time to the LAILX photovoltaic cloud platform or third-party monitoring systems, enabling remote real-time viewing, data storage, trend analysis, report generation, and providing accurate data support for power plant PR value calculation, power generation evaluation, fault analysis, and operation and maintenance scheduling.
