During the operation of photovoltaic power plants, faults such as component hot spots, loose wiring terminals, aging cables, poor contact of combiner boxes, and abnormal inverters are all characterized by local abnormal heating. If not detected in a timely manner, it can easily lead to major safety accidents such as component burnout, system short circuits, and even fires. LAILX in Suzhou focuses on the demand for photovoltaic thermal safety detection and has launched the LX-F200 handheld infrared thermal imaging device. With high-precision temperature measurement, fast thermal field imaging, and intelligent analysis functions, it can accurately identify and warn of thermal hazards in the entire field of photovoltaic systems, providing protection for the safe and stable operation of power plants.
The LX-F200 adopts an ergonomic handheld design, with a lightweight and sturdy body, IP65 protection level, anti drop, dustproof, waterproof, and suitable for harsh outdoor working conditions such as strong light, high temperature, and sandstorms. It can complete the entire process of scanning, temperature measurement, photography, and video recording with one hand. The core is equipped with high-performance uncooled infrared detectors with excellent thermal sensitivity, covering a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 550 ℃, with a temperature measurement accuracy of ± 2 ℃ or ± 2%. It supports full screen temperature rise display and automatic calculation of phase to phase temperature difference, which can accurately capture small temperature differences of 0.1 ℃, and clearly present the thermal field distribution of components, junction boxes, combiner boxes, cables, inverters and other links. It quickly locates hidden dangers such as hot spots, overheating points, and poor contacts, making hidden faults nowhere to hide.
The device is equipped with MagicThermal detail enhancement imaging technology, providing multi-color color adjustment modes such as white hot, black hot, rainbow, and iron red, which can be freely switched to enhance the contrast of heat map details and make abnormal areas clear at a glance; Support 10x digital magnification, automatic tracking of hot/cold spots, temperature threshold alarm, and quick on-site identification and marking of abnormal points for easy review and handling. In terms of data management, it supports WIFI wireless transmission and USB export, which can synchronously save thermal imaging images, visible light images, and temperature data, automatically generate temperature measurement reports, and integrate with the LAILX operation and maintenance management platform to achieve storage, analysis, traceability, and closed-loop processing of thermal hazard data, helping to shift from passive repair to predictive maintenance, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs and safety risks.
LX-F200 is not only suitable for daily inspection, quarterly troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis of photovoltaic power plants, but also for infrared temperature detection in multiple fields such as power, construction, and industrial equipment. It is versatile and cost-effective. As an important component of the LAILX photovoltaic testing series, LX-F200 collaborates with EL and IV testers to build a three in one photovoltaic testing system that integrates internal defects, power performance, and thermal field safety. This system comprehensively covers the entire process of quality control from component production to operation and maintenance, providing solid technical support for efficient, safe, and long-lasting operation of photovoltaic power plants.
