With the comprehensive upgrade of the photovoltaic industry to 1500V high-voltage systems, on-site IV curve detection in power plants is facing core pain points such as insufficient range, poor portability, and inaccurate data. LX-PV31 is specially designed for outdoor photovoltaic sites, adopting an integrated lightweight packaging. The overall size is 390 × 300 × 200mm, with a weight of less than 6kg. It is equipped with a high-capacity replaceable lithium battery, which can work continuously and stably for 8 hours on a single charge, completely solving the problem of outdoor battery life without power and long-term operation. Engineers can be carried alone to various complex power plant scenarios such as mountains, rooftops, deserts, etc. without the need for additional auxiliary equipment, greatly reducing the difficulty of on-site deployment and mobile detection. The operating end is equipped with a 6.5-inch sunlight visible color LCD touch screen, paired with physical buttons. The bilingual interface in Chinese and English is clear and intuitive, and smooth operation can still be carried out under strong light. One click parameter setting, test startup, and data viewing can be completed, greatly reducing the operating threshold. Even beginners can quickly get started with Lexus.

In terms of core performance, LX-PV31 breaks through the limitations of traditional devices and supports 1500V DC and 30A high current testing, perfectly covering the current mainstream 1500V photovoltaic systems. It is compatible with various new components such as half cell, stacked tile, and double glass, and solves the precise measurement needs of about 20A working current for half cell components. The device can complete high-speed scanning of IV curves for individual components or entire strings within 10 seconds, synchronously collecting comprehensive parameters such as short-circuit current, open circuit voltage, peak power, fill factor, conversion efficiency, series/parallel resistance, component temperature, ambient temperature, irradiance, etc. It has a built-in STC standard condition automatic conversion model, which can accurately restore the real power generation performance of components under standard operating conditions, providing reliable data support for component grading, efficiency evaluation, and fault location. Equipped with wireless irradiation probes and barcode scanning functions, it achieves precise binding between detection data and component identity, supports continuous automatic testing at 20 second intervals, can store over 2000 sets of test data, and export PDF/Excel reports with one click for easy data traceability, comparison, and archiving management.

In terms of safety design, LX-PV31 adopts high-voltage isolated power supply and multiple protection mechanisms, with triple automatic protection of overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature, in compliance with international and domestic standards such as IEC 61215 and GB4793.1, and has passed CE and ROHS certification, comprehensively ensuring the safety of operators and equipment from hardware to software.
