As the core equipment for non-destructive testing of photovoltaic modules, LXG50 focuses on the pain points of internal defect detection of modules, equipped with a 30 million pixel industrial grade CMOS infrared chip and patented infrared lens, achieving ultra-high resolution imaging. It can accurately identify subtle hidden cracks with a crack width less than 0.2 μ m, breaking the limit of visual inspection and providing accurate data basis for component quality judgment. In terms of detection efficiency and adaptability, LXG50 performs excellently, with a single component detection cycle of only 3-10 seconds, supporting one-time imaging of 1-36 components, and improving detection efficiency by 5-10 times compared to traditional equipment. Adopting full-time dark light autofocus technology, without the need for rangefinder assistance, the effective focusing distance is less than 5 meters, suitable for component detection needs in different installation scenarios. The equipment can comprehensively identify 12 common defects, including hidden cracks, broken grids, fragments, broken pieces, sintering, virtual welding, over etching, low efficiency chips, mixed gear, attenuation, hot spot attenuation, PID, etc., covering the entire life cycle detection scenarios of photovoltaic module production, arrival acceptance, and power station operation and maintenance.

Convenience and intelligence are the core highlights of LXG50, supporting WIFI wireless operation and image transmission functions. It can be remotely controlled and real-time data viewed through an iPad 10.2-inch tablet, without the need for complex wiring, and is suitable for outdoor complex work environments. Equipped with Lexus' dedicated EL analysis software and AI intelligent defect recognition algorithm, it can automatically mark the location, type, and degree of defects, generate detection reports, and significantly reduce manual analysis costs and error rates. The equipment is equipped with a patented panoramic positioning and rocker arm module, which is suitable for the detection needs of distributed flat power stations. It also supports detection in strong light environments during the day without the need for shading treatment, further enhancing the flexibility of detection.
