Suzhou LAILX H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone, from research and development design to practical application, runs through the concept of green and low-carbon, creating a full process green operation and maintenance mode of "efficient power generation, water-saving and low-carbon, safe and environmentally friendly". Firstly, the equipment ensures that the photovoltaic modules remain clean at all times with ultra-high cleaning efficiency, maximizing power generation efficiency. Through actual testing, it has been found that using H233 cleaning regularly in photovoltaic power plants can increase the average annual power generation by about 15%. A 100 MW photovoltaic power plant can generate an additional 15 million kWh of electricity per year, which is equivalent to reducing coal consumption by 4500 tons and carbon dioxide emissions by 12000 tons per year. The low-carbon benefits are very significant.
In terms of water resource utilization, the H233 drone breaks through the waste pain points of traditional cleaning modes and adopts self-developed high-pressure atomization water-saving cleaning technology to maximize water resource utilization. The water consumption of traditional water tankers for cleaning 1 MW PV modules is more than 5 tons, while H233 UAVs use micron level atomization spraying. The water consumption of 1 MW cleaning is only 1.2 tons, and the water-saving rate is as high as 76%. For photovoltaic concentrated areas such as the northwest desert and North China Plain, which are short of water for cleaning, it not only solves the problem of water shortage, but also reduces the waste of water resources, which meets the requirements of China's water-saving society construction and green low-carbon development. At the same time, the equipment cleaning process generates no sewage and does not require additional sewage treatment, further reducing environmental pressure and achieving the unity of clean production and low-carbon operation and maintenance.
In terms of energy consumption and environmental emissions, the H233 drone is powered by electricity and operates without exhaust gas, noise, or dust pollution. Compared to traditional fuel powered water truck cleaning, it completely bids farewell to exhaust emissions and noise pollution, and is suitable for various photovoltaic power plant scenarios such as ecological protection areas, industrial parks, and residential areas, achieving zero pollution and zero emission green operations. The equipment adopts a lightweight carbon fiber body to reduce flight energy consumption, combined with efficient batteries and fast charging technology to further reduce energy consumption and create a low-carbon equipment throughout its lifecycle.
In addition to its green and low-carbon advantages, the intelligent technology of H233 drones also helps photovoltaic power plants achieve digital and low-carbon management. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent operation and maintenance system, which can automatically plan cleaning plans, intelligently adjust cleaning frequency and operation time according to seasons, weather, and pollution levels, avoid excessive and ineffective cleaning, achieve optimal allocation of operation and maintenance resources, and reduce unnecessary energy and water consumption.
