In the current rapid development of the new energy industry, the intelligent upgrade of photovoltaic power station operation and maintenance has become a consensus in the industry. However, the three core challenges of efficient cleaning, safe operation, and low-carbon energy conservation have always been the key bottlenecks restricting the efficiency of photovoltaic operation and maintenance. Recently, the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone launched by LAILX in Suzhou has successfully solved industry pain points with multiple independently developed core technologies, reconstructed photovoltaic cleaning operation standards with innovative technology, and become the preferred equipment for intelligent operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.
The cleanliness of photovoltaic modules directly determines the efficiency of power generation, and traditional cleaning methods have three major problems for a long time: firstly, low efficiency, manual cleaning of 1 megawatt photovoltaic modules takes 2-3 days, which is difficult to meet the regular cleaning needs of massive power plants; Secondly, there are prominent safety hazards, and working at heights or in electrified areas can easily lead to safety accidents; The third issue is poor environmental protection. Traditional flood irrigation cleaning wastes a large amount of water resources and can easily cause residual water stains on components, affecting power generation efficiency. In response to these common issues in the industry, the LAILX R&D team in Suzhou is deeply engaged in technology research and development, focusing on three dimensions: body design, intelligent control, and cleaning technology, giving the H233 drone a disruptive innovation advantage.
Core Technology 1: High precision intelligent navigation and obstacle avoidance system, achieving safe and zero risk operations. LAILX H233 breaks the limitations of traditional drones relying on manual remote control, equipped with industry-leading RTK centimeter level positioning system and three eye vision fusion obstacle avoidance technology, built-in high-precision LiDAR, can generate real-time 3D maps of photovoltaic power plants, automatically plan the optimal cleaning route, accurately cover every photovoltaic module, and seamlessly connect without omission. During the homework process, the equipment can perceive the surrounding environment in real time, automatically avoid power plant supports, cables, and obstacles. Even in complex terrain and windy weather (with a maximum wind speed of 6m/s), it can maintain stable hovering and precise flight, completely eliminating the risk of manual high-altitude operations, achieving zero personnel climbing and zero close contact with components throughout the entire process, and ensuring the dual safety of personnel and equipment in all aspects.
Core Technology 2: High pressure atomization water-saving cleaning technology, balancing high efficiency and low-carbon environmental protection. H233 is equipped with a 50L large capacity embedded water tank, coupled with a dual impeller high-pressure water pump and a 360 ° rotating atomizing nozzle, which converts water resources into micrometer sized mist like water droplets, evenly covering the surface of photovoltaic modules. It can deeply remove stubborn stains such as dust, bird droppings, mud, salt and alkali, and avoid damage to module coatings caused by excessive water pressure, while achieving ultimate water conservation. Compared to traditional manual water truck cleaning, H233 has a water saving rate of over 70%. Calculated based on a daily cleaning capacity of 8 megawatts, it can save thousands of tons of water resources throughout the year, perfectly meeting the green and low-carbon operation and maintenance requirements of photovoltaic power plants. In addition, the device supports water quality monitoring and automatic proportioning of environmentally friendly cleaning agents.
After cleaning, there is no watermark or residue, which maximizes the protection of the service life of photovoltaic modules and improves light transmittance and power generation efficiency.
Core Technology 3: High load and long endurance design, suitable for large-scale operations in all scenarios. In response to the continuous operation needs of large and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants, H233 adopts a high-strength carbon fiber body with a maximum load capacity of 70kg, balancing the load of the water tank and operational stability; A single battery pack with a 50L water tank can last for 15 minutes, and with the optional LX220SX mobile charging station, fast charging can be completed in 10-15 minutes, achieving uninterrupted cycle operation and completely solving the problems of short endurance and low efficiency of traditional drones. At the same time, the equipment supports modular expansion and can be equipped with a 60kg lifting load kit, taking into account multiple functions such as photovoltaic module lifting and equipment operation and maintenance, achieving multi-purpose use of one machine, greatly improving equipment utilization, and reducing the comprehensive procurement cost of the power station.
In addition to the three core technologies, the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone also performs outstandingly in terms of humanized design and adaptability. The device is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition remote control with a screen, with a battery life of up to 3 hours. The operation is simple and easy to understand, and no professional technicians are needed to quickly get started; The body adopts a waterproof and dustproof design, with a working temperature range of 0 ℃ -40 ℃, which can adapt to various complex climate environments such as deserts, mountains, water surfaces, and coastal areas. Whether it is a dry and dusty area in the northwest or a rainy and humid area in the south, it can operate stably and efficiently.
