Recently, LAILX New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in Suzhou officially released the new generation of photovoltaic cleaning drone H233. This intelligent equipment focuses on the overall operation and maintenance needs of photovoltaic power plants. With its hardcore technology, ultra-high efficiency, and safety performance, it fills the gap in the subdivision of high-efficiency intelligent cleaning for large and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants in China, injecting strong power into the operation and maintenance upgrade of the new energy industry, and further consolidating Suzhou's core position in the research and development of intelligent equipment for new energy.

With the continuous promotion of global carbon neutrality goals, China's photovoltaic industry has ushered in a wave of large-scale and intensive development. By the end of 2025, the national photovoltaic grid connected installed capacity will exceed 1.2 billion kilowatts, and the daily operation and maintenance of massive photovoltaic power stations has become a pain point that urgently needs to be solved in the industry. Traditional photovoltaic module cleaning relies heavily on manual climbing, water truck washing, or simple equipment operations, which not only have low efficiency and high labor costs, but also pose safety hazards such as falling from heights and electric shock. At the same time, water resources are wasted seriously, and the cleaning effect is uneven, which easily leads to the accumulation of pollutants such as dust, bird droppings, and sediment in photovoltaic modules, directly causing a decrease in module transmittance and a significant decline in power generation efficiency. According to industry data, photovoltaic power plants that are not regularly cleaned can experience a maximum loss of 20% in power generation efficiency, seriously affecting the investment return rate and long-term operational benefits of the power plant.

In response to the core pain points of the industry, Suzhou LAILX has been deeply involved in the research and development of new energy intelligent operation and maintenance equipment for many years. Relying on its own technical accumulation in the fields of photovoltaic detection and intelligent drones, after multiple iterations of testing, it has created this H233 cleaning drone tailored specifically for photovoltaic power plants. As the flagship operation and maintenance product under the company, H233 adopts a lightweight and high-strength carbon fiber body, with a quadcopter design that balances stability and load-bearing capacity. The entire machine has a takeoff weight of 120kg and is equipped with a 50L large capacity embedded water tank. It is paired with a dual impeller high-pressure water pump and LX360SX high-pressure 360 ° circulating nozzle to achieve all-round and blind spot cleaning, completely solving the problem of traditional equipment cleaning blind spots.

In terms of core performance, the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone demonstrates a far superior hardcore strength compared to similar products in the industry. Its cleaning efficiency can reach up to 2 hours to clean 1 MW of photovoltaic modules, and the daily cleaning capacity of a single machine can reach 8 MW, which is more than 20 times the efficiency of traditional manual cleaning. It greatly shortens the cleaning cycle of large-scale photovoltaic power plants, especially suitable for complex terrain and difficult to reach photovoltaic power plant scenarios such as mountains, water surfaces, and deserts. The product is equipped with RTK centimeter level high-precision positioning module, supports custom cleaning route planning, and can achieve fully automatic operation within a radius of 2 kilometers. After one click takeoff, there is no need for manual intervention, and the entire process of cleaning, return, and breakpoint continuation is automatically completed, truly realizing the intelligent operation and maintenance mode of "human on the ground control, unmanned aerial vehicle in the sky".

In terms of safety performance, H233 is equipped with a three eye fisheye visual obstacle avoidance system and four-way infrared obstacle avoidance technology, integrating two black and white fisheye cameras and FPV cameras. Combined with radar collaborative algorithms, it can accurately identify obstacles such as aerial wires, power plant supports, and birds, actively avoid risks, and ensure the safety of equipment and photovoltaic modules. At the same time, the hovering accuracy of the product is controlled within ± 2cm, and a safe and stable distance is maintained between the product and the photovoltaic module during operation to avoid collision between the body or nozzle and the module, eliminate the risk of equipment damage, and adapt to the harsh operating environment of various distributed photovoltaic and centralized photovoltaic power plants.

The relevant person in charge of LAILX in Suzhou stated that the release of H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone is an important milestone for the company to layout the entire industry chain of new energy intelligent operation and maintenance. The company always adheres to technological innovation as the core, focuses on the pain points of the photovoltaic industry, and is committed to providing customers with efficient, safe, energy-saving, and economical operation and maintenance solutions. This new product not only breaks through many limitations of traditional operation and maintenance models, but also takes into account environmental protection and economy. It adopts high-pressure atomization cleaning technology, which saves more than 70% of water compared to traditional water truck flushing, significantly reducing water resource consumption and complying with the concept of green and low-carbon operation and maintenance; At the same time, it saves a lot of labor costs, reduces comprehensive operation and maintenance costs by 60%, and helps power plant operators achieve the dual goals of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

At present, the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone has completed field tests in multiple scenarios, demonstrating stable and reliable performance and excellent cleaning effects in projects such as Northwest Desert Photovoltaic Power Station, East China Mountain Photovoltaic Power Station, and Industrial and Commercial Rooftop Distributed Photovoltaic. After actual testing, the transmittance of the cleaned photovoltaic modules has increased by 15% -18%, and the power generation efficiency has significantly improved, which has been highly recognized by many power station operators. Industry experts evaluate that the launch of LAILX H233 marks the official entry of China's photovoltaic operation and maintenance equipment into a new stage of intelligence, efficiency, and scale. It will promote the transformation of the entire photovoltaic operation and maintenance industry from labor-intensive to technology intensive, and help promote the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry.

In the future, LAILX in Suzhou will continue to increase its research and development investment, expand integrated functions such as inspection, testing, and lifting around the H233 drone, and create a full process operation and maintenance solution for photovoltaic power plants with air ground collaboration. At the same time, it will deepen its market layout, provide better products and services for domestic and foreign photovoltaic power plant customers, empower carbon neutrality strategies with hardcore technology, and help the global new energy industry achieve sustainable development.
