Today, as the global energy transformation accelerates, photovoltaic (PV) power generation has become a core path towards achieving the "dual carbon" goals, and the cleanliness of PV modules directly determines power generation efficiency and service life. Traditional manual cleaning methods are limited by pain points such as high-altitude operation risks, low efficiency, and high costs, making them difficult to adapt to the operation and maintenance (O&M) needs of large-scale PV power plants. Suzhou LAILX, with years of deep experience in the field of PV O&M, leverages its technological accumulation and innovation capabilities to launch the H233 PV cleaning drone. By using intelligent technology to break industry bottlenecks, it injects new momentum of efficiency, safety, and economy into PV O&M, redefining the new standard for PV cleaning.
As a core photovoltaic cleaning equipment under LAILX, the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone has been designed from the outset with an emphasis on addressing industry pain points. With "efficient cleaning, safety and reliability, and diverse adaptability" as its core positioning, it integrates multiple cutting-edge technologies to create a comprehensive photovoltaic cleaning solution. It adopts an industrial-grade four-axis body design, using high-strength carbon fiber materials to balance lightweight construction with structural stability. With a takeoff weight of 120kg, it can easily carry a cleaning load of 70kg, enabling stable operation in both large-area ground power stations and high-altitude rooftop photovoltaics, and handling complex operation and maintenance scenarios with ease.
Efficient cleaning is one of the core advantages of H233. Equipped with a 50L large-capacity embedded water tank and paired with a dual-impeller high-pressure water pump, it allows for flexible adjustment of water flow rate between 0-40L/min, achieving an efficient operation mode of one water replenishment per sortie, significantly reducing the frequency of water replenishment and enhancing cleaning efficiency. Additionally, it is equipped with an LX360SX high-pressure 360° circulating spray head, with a cleaning coverage range of 2-5m. The uniform and delicate water flow can quickly remove stubborn dirt such as dust, bird droppings, and oil stains from the surface of photovoltaic modules, while also avoiding damage to the module coating caused by high-pressure water flow, achieving the dual effect of cleaning and protecting the panels. Through actual testing, H233's cleaning efficiency can reach 2H/1MW, which is more than five times the efficiency of traditional manual cleaning, significantly shortening the operation and maintenance cycle of photovoltaic power plants.
Safety performance is the top priority in photovoltaic cleaning, and H233 has achieved comprehensive upgrades in safety design. Equipped with a 4-way infrared obstacle avoidance system, two black and white fisheye cameras, and an FPV camera, it works in concert with visual fusion algorithms and radar to achieve 360° obstacle avoidance without blind spots. It accurately identifies obstacles in the working environment, automatically completes bypassing maneuvers, and excels in imitating ground bypassing, effectively avoiding collision risks. Additionally, the built-in RTK high-precision positioning module ensures a hovering accuracy of ±2cm, supports custom cleaning route planning, and enables intelligent operation and maintenance tasks such as automatic cleaning within a 2km radius, return to home, and resuming flight from a breakpoint. Operators only need to remotely control the device from the ground using a 7-inch remote control with a screen, eliminating the need for high-altitude operations and fundamentally eliminating safety hazards such as falling from heights and electric shock.
To meet the operation and maintenance needs of different scenarios, H233 is equipped with a wide range of optional accessories and expansion functions. It supports a 60KG payload kit, which can be extended for photovoltaic module lifting and equipment installation lifting, enabling integrated "cleaning + lifting" operations and broadening application scenarios. The LXH403 photovoltaic cleaning robot trolley can be optionally equipped, which adopts a roller brush cleaning method and can work in coordination with drone water washing to achieve deep cleaning for stations with severe dirt, ensuring a more thorough cleaning effect. In addition, the LX220SX mobile charging station can be optionally equipped. The 30L capacity gasoline charging station can meet the continuous and uninterrupted use needs of H233, with a full charge taking only 10 minutes, completely solving range anxiety and ensuring efficient operation and maintenance work.
As a company dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of testing equipment, Suzhou LAILX always prioritizes product quality and customer service. The launch of the H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone vividly demonstrates the company's deep commitment to the photovoltaic field and its commitment to "high technology, high quality, and high service". Leveraging the company's headquarters advantage in Suzhou Industrial Park, as well as its branches in Wuzhong and Wujiang, and offices across the country, LAILX can provide customers with comprehensive pre-sale consultation, in-sale debugging, and after-sale maintenance services, ensuring stable equipment operation and creating sustainable value for customers.
From the "inefficient and high-risk" manual cleaning to the "efficient and safe" intelligent drone, LAILX H233 photovoltaic cleaning drone not only addresses the industry pain points of photovoltaic operation and maintenance, but also drives the transformation of the photovoltaic operation and maintenance industry from "passive cleaning" to "active maintenance". In the future, LAILX will continue to deeply explore the field of photovoltaic operation and maintenance, continuously iterate and upgrade product technology, and empower the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry with better equipment and services, so that every ray of sunlight can be converted into abundant green energy.
